Services begin in March and typically end early- November, with weather permitting. Mower blades will be kept sharp to provide a consistent quality cut. The height of the blades is according to grass type, variety, and other variables, and is to be determined by the Contractor.

•Large clumps of clippings are to be distributed by mechanical blowing or collected and disposed of by the Contractor.
•Tree rings, plant beds, and all buildings, sidewalks, fences, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaced areas bordered by grass will be edged every other mowing service.
•Mower blades will be kept sharp to provide a consistent quality cut.
A technician is to visit the property six (6) throughout the season, which lasts from early Spring through late Fall.
Start-Up:
The irrigation system is to be turned on for the season, with all valves and sprinkler heads being checked for optimal performance. The system will be run to check irrigation coverage, and to check for necessary repairs.
Winterization:
The Contractor will clear all irrigation lines by blowing water out with an air compressor. The irrigation controller is to be deactivated. Winterizations are to occur from early through mid- November, with weather permitting.
Spring Clean-Up services are to be performed in March through April, while Fall Clean-Ups are performed in late October/early November.

•All plant beds are to be weeded and all landscape debris removed. Bed edges will be cut to a 2”-3” depth (depending on soil conditions).
•De-mulch will be performed as necessary for proper mulch management.
•Corrective pruning, shaping, and dead wooding of plant material will be performed, and an application of pre-emergent weed control in all beds will be performed at the Contractor’s discretion.
• Double-shredded hardwood mulch will be installed to maintain at least 2 inches of mulch coverage of the beds.
•Regular colored mulch will be installed unless specified otherwise on the Client’s contract.
One month following the Spring Clean-Up service, weeds growing within mulched beds are to be removed monthly. Weeds are to be removed by one or more methods at the Contractor’s discretion, which can include the use of hand-tools and/or an application of weed killer.
This service is performed between one and four times a season, specified by the Client’s contract.
All leaves within lawn and mulched areas are to be collected and disposed of. The first service is to take place in late October/early November, with the final service completed in December.
